JASON MARLOW


DIRECTOR / CEO

Jason Marlow is the owner and CEO of the Marlow Hotel Group. With years of experience across all facets of the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the daily operations of the Marlow Hotel Group. Jason’s career began behind the bar, where he honed his skills by pouring a cold beer and learning the fundamentals of the trade. He successfully completed his traineeship at a prominent CBD hotel and quickly progressed through various management roles before becoming a licensee. As Jason gained more experience, his passion for the hotel business grew. He eagerly took on new challenges, including overseeing a major suburban hotel renovation. In the mid-1990s, he expanded his portfolio by acquiring several leaseholds and spearheading further renovation projects. This strategic growth ultimately shaped Marlow Hotel Group into what it is today—an esteemed owner and operator of freehold properties. Despite his leadership role, Jason remains hands-on, actively guiding the MHG team with a strong commitment to excellence. His passion, dedication, and keen attention to detail continue to drive the success of the Marlow Hotel Group.

 

PETA MARLOW


DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

Peta Marlow is the owner and Head of Administration at the Marlow Hotel Group. With years of experience across all aspects of the business, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the company. Peta's career in hospitality began with a part-time job working behind the bar and assisting with functions. She later secured a full-time position in administration, where she developed her skills before training to become a bookkeeper in the late 1990s. As her expertise grew, Peta made a significant career shift—leaving her day job to work alongside her husband, Jason Marlow. Together, they took a bold step in purchasing several leaseholds, laying the foundation for what would eventually become the Marlow Hotel Group. Today, Peta remains deeply involved in the business, leading the administration team with dedication and precision. Her unwavering support for Jason and her keen attention to detail has been instrumental in the company's growth. Through her leadership, she continues to strengthen the administrative operations, ensuring the long-term success of the Marlow Hotel Group.

 

KIRK GREENLAND


GROUP GENERAL MANAGER AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Kirk Greenland is the Marlow Hotel group's general manager and compliance officer. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kirk has built a successful career grounded in both hands-on experience and formal education. Like many of the best in hospitality, Kirk began his journey working behind the bar and gradually advanced through various roles in front-of-house operations and management. While gaining practical experience, Kirk also pursued academic qualifications, earning a Diploma in Hospitality Management, followed by a Bachelor of Business in Tourism & Hospitality. Kirk's extensive career includes managing a range of venues, from small boutique locations to large-scale operations, including food, entertainment, and high-performance gaming venues. In his current role at the Marlow Hotel Group, Kirk has been instrumental in driving success for the past seven years. Under his leadership, the company has consistently achieved growth, operational excellence, and industry recognition. His strategic approach to both compliance and management has contributed to sustained profitability, improved team performance, and the implementation of effective operational frameworks that align with industry standards. Through his dedication and expertise, Kirk has earned a reputation for being a key driver of the Marlow Hotel Group’s ongoing success, ensuring the organisation thrives while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER

Adam Chapman serves as the Operations Manager for the Marlow Hotel Group, bringing a wealth of expertise and over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. A seasoned professional, Adam has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results in high-capacity venues, particularly within the food and beverage sector. Adam's career is marked by his unwavering commitment to excellence, demonstrated through his ability to lead diverse teams and drive businesses toward operational success. His leadership style is characterised by a proactive approach, fostering collaboration and innovation to ensure seamless operations and consistently exceeding guest expectations. Whether navigating the complexities of large-scale operations or fine-tuning the finer details of guest experiences, Adam's strategic mindset and passion for hospitality continue to leave a lasting impact on the venues he oversees.

GROUP EXECUTIVE CHEF

Tim Oates brings a wealth of culinary experience to his role as Executive Chef for the Marlow Hotel Group, where he consistently delivers exceptional cuisine across all venues. Tim's menus are tailored to each Marlow venue, offering unique and innovative dishes that reflect the local area’s flavours and culinary influences. He is committed to using only the freshest produce, all of which is sourced from local regions to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. As Executive Chef, Tim oversees a large and talented team within each venue, guiding them to execute thousands of meals per week. His leadership ensures that each dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Under his expert guidance, the team works seamlessly together to deliver outstanding dining experiences to every guest. Tim’s dedication to excellence, his passion for local produce, and his ability to lead a team make him an invaluable asset to the Marlow Hotel Group.

 

TAYLOR MARLOW


GROUP MARKETING MANAGER

Taylor Marlow is the Marketing Manager for the Marlow Hotel Group. With over five years of experience in both the hospitality and marketing industries, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to the company's branding and promotional strategies. Like many hospitality professionals, Taylor began her career behind the bar, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and operations. She then progressed to front-of-house roles and eventually into management, gaining firsthand experience in running successful hospitality venues. While building her practical skills, Taylor also pursued academic qualifications, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing. During her studies, she gained valuable industry exposure by completing work experience with several marketing firms, further enhancing her expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and strategic planning. Today, Taylor plays a key role in shaping the Marlow Hotel Group’s marketing efforts, ensuring its venues remain competitive and well-positioned in the market. Her blend of hospitality experience and marketing acumen allows her to create impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
