Jason Marlow - Owner

JASON MARLOW


MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jason Marlow is the owner and managing director of the Marlow hotel group. He has years of experiences in all aspects the business has to offer. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Marlow hotel group and their daily operation. Jason career started in a bar pouring a cold beer. He successfully completed his traineeship in a CBD hotel and quickly progressed to management roles and then to a licensee. His passion for the hotel business grew with his experiences, and the next challenge Jason undertook was a major suburban hotel renovation. In the mid-1990s Jason purchased a couple of leaseholds and completed further renovation projects. This ultimately lead the MHG business to where it is today as an owner/operator of freeholds. Jason remains hands on at MHG leading the team from the front, with passion and attention to detail.

 

PETA MARLOW


DIRECTOR / HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

Peta Marlow is the owner and head of administration of the Marlow hotel group. She has years of experience in all aspect the business has the offer. Peta’s career started having a part time job behind the bars and doing functions. Peta had a full time job in administration and then trained to become a bookkeeper in the late 1990s, peta left her day job to work alongside her husband Jason Marlow to purchase a couple of leaseholds, in which together they lead the Marlow hotel group business to become what it is today. Peta remains hands on leading  the administration team working to support her husband.

KIRK GREENLAND


GENERAL MANAGER

Kirk Greenland is our General Manager for the Marlow Hotel Group team. As General Manager he brings a wealth of experience from a career spanning 15 years. Like many of the best hospitality professionals Kirk starting behind a bar, working his way to Front of House operations and then into Management. While building his on the job experience Kirk also took the time to qualify in Hospitality studies including a Diploma Hospitality Management from the Ryde College of TAFE, followed by a Bachelor of Business Tourism & Hospitality from Western Sydney University. Kirk has run a range of venues including portfolios in previous roles. He has experience at a variety of venues small and large, food and entertainment focused and has also successfully run a number of high performance gaming venues.

TIM OATES


EXECUTIVE CHEF

Tim Oates brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Chef for the Marlow Hotel Group having delivered his exceptional cuisine to all venues. Tim's menus for all Marlow venues is unique to the area, and is based on the freshest produce, all sourced from the local regions. Tim has a large team within each venue who support and execute thousands of meals per week all under his guidance management.

 
Joshua Green - Operations Manager

JOSHUA GREEN


OPERATIONS MANAGER

Joshua Green is a breath of fresh air in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Manager for the Marlow Hotel Group, Josh brings 12 years of management experience which allows him to have a notable vision to all venues in the MHG portfolio. Josh has a passion for people, both his customers and his team, and focuses on the growth and development of those around him. He also specialises in the food & beverage side of the industry, along with a level of energy and enthusiasm for change. His career has seen him manage a number of venues within significant groups this has allowed him to gain the experience welcomed at the Marlow Hotel Group.
