Jason Marlow is the Managing Director of the Marlow Hotel Group (MHG) and the highly respected founder of the Marlow Hotel Management Group (MHMG). With years of experience, in all facets of the hotel business, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the daily operations at the hotels owned and managed by MHG/MHMG. Like many hoteliers, his career commenced pulling frosty cold beers behind a bar. After successfully completing his traineeship in a CBD hotel, he quickly progressed into management roles, before deciding to follow in his father's footsteps and become a licensee. His passion for the hotel business grew with his experiences, and the next challenge Jason undertook was a major suburban hotel renovation. In the mid-1990s Jason purchased a couple of leaseholds and completed further renovation projects. This ultimately lead the MHG/MHMG business to where it is today as an owner/operator of freeholds and leaseholds and a manager of a pub portfolio. In spite of his seniority, Jason remains hands on at MHMG, leading the team from the front, with passion and attention to detail.

Paul Camkin is among the most highly-respected Hotel and Operations Managers in the business. His impressive hotelier and entertainment career spans over 30 years – it must be said that there is much Paul hasn’t done/can’t do. Paul started his career in pubs and was quickly promoted on the back of his drive and ability. In his early 20s he spent a number of years bringing quality entertainment to top Australian venues touring some of the best known and loved acts. The move from entertainment into hotels was a natural one and Paul trained at the Hilton group for 6 years in a senior F&B role before being poached by the Slip Inn into his first role as a General Manager. From here Paul went from strength to strength leveraging his strong entertainment experience with the polished F&B and business skills gained at Hilton. In the 1990s Paul took his first license in at the wildly popular Carmens, in Miranda, known as the after dark destination in the Sutherland Shire for many years. Following this successful stint Paul went on to oversee other class venues including the Coogee Beach Palace and Oscars before joining the management team at Marlow Hotel Management Group, as the Group Director of Operations. Paul brings his rich experience and continued passion for the business to every pub under the MHMG umbrella. He has an innate ability to leverage a venue’s strengths and a strong commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
TIM OATESEXECUTIVE CHEF
Tim Oates brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Chef for the Marlow Hotel Group having delivered his exceptional cuisine to all venues over the past 5 years. Tim's menus for all Marlow venues is unique to the area, and is based on the freshest produce, all sourced from the local regions. Tim has a large team within each venue who support and execute thousands of meals per week all under his guidance management.
Kirk Greenland is a recent senior appointment to the Marlow Hotel Group team. As Operations Manager, he brings a wealth of experience from a career spanning 15 years. Like many of the best hospitality professionals Kirk starting behind a bar, working his way to Front of House operations and then into Management. While building his on the job experience Kirk also took the time to qualify in Hospitality studies including a Diploma Hospitality Management from the Ryde College of TAFE, followed by a Bachelor of Business Tourism & Hospitality from Western Sydney University. Kirk has run a range of venues including portfolios in previous roles. He has experience at a variety of venues - small and large, food and entertainment focused and has also successfully run a number of high performance gaming venues.
