Founded by David Marlow in the 1980’s the Marlow Hotel Group (MHG) built a strong reputation as experienced and trusted hoteliers. Through commitment to service standards and growth MHG gained industry respect and client traction.  In 1999 David appointed his son Jason as Managing Director, who a few years later went onto to create the Marlow Hotel Management Group (MHMG).

MHMG and MHG have successfully completed over 15 renovations and re-brands which have all resulted in increased results and turnover for each hotel. The groups have also successfully sold various hotels for clients and family.


In the role of Managing Director Jason is fully committed to leading his experienced operation team and spends his time refreshing and renovating hotels within the groups, constantly refining and adding value to their offer. His hands-on, detailed centric approach, combined with exceptional in-house financial compliance skills makes MHMG the preferred manager for many owners seeking help.


Over the years, MHG and MHMG have established strong partnerships with the likes of Fosters, CUB, TAB, Diageo and more. The Group have also built an extensive network of contractors, town planners, architects, designers and builders through their many substantial and successful renovation projects.

Our Head Office

Marlow Hotel Management Group is located at the Royal Hotel, Carlton in Sydney.

The Head Office team includes Directors, Financial Controllers, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Operations Managers & Administration staff.


Responsibilities of Marlow Hotel Management Group

We provide a quality hotel management service, overseeing operations, human resources, marketing and promotions, accounting and finance, purchasing economies of scale, general maintenance, capital expenditure, major renovations, purchase or sale.

MHMG have successfully managed numerous hotels as they have transacted or undergone changes in management.  Complete and transparent financial reporting is provided at all times for the client’s comfort and needs including:

  • Weekly Trading Reports
  • Payroll Summaries
  • Budgets
  • Weekly Accounts Payable
  • Statement of funds available for withdrawal
